Full-Time Community Director

Our Community Directors are at the center of the LearningLeaders community. A successful organization depends on valuable relationships with the community, clients,and partners alike, as well as team members that care deeply about what happens ‘behind-the-scenes’ to keep that community functioning at a superior level. If this sounds like something you’d excel at, your chief responsibilities will be to:

• Communicate directly with parents and students online or onsite, maintain an active and high response rate.
• Manage relationships including but not limited with parents and internal partners deal with complains and solicit feedbacks. From this feedback, provide suggestion for continuation improvement for company.
• Schedule coaching sessions and related appointments.
• Coordinate and follow up the billing process for clients.
• Manage office facilities, physical coaching materials, and supply inventory, as well as provide support on other administrative responsibilities as needed.

FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Summer Fellowship

LearningLeaders summer fellowship positions are suitable for current college students and recent graduates. The fellowship is a multidisciplinary program that will last approximately 10 weeks. Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, which can include, but are not limited to, the teams listed above. You are not expected to be proficient in all these potential assignments before the start of the program, as the best growth experiences come from diversity of work and exposure to new challenges. Formal speech or debate experience is not a minimum requirement and we ensure our cohorts are comprised of fellows with diverse skillsets both in and out of the speech and debate community.
