The Associate Director of Competitive Debate & Leadership is a competitive educator who strives to improve learning experiences for both our learners and team members. If this sounds like you, your chief responsibilities will be to:
• Coach between 8 to 10 debate and public speaking courses per week
(16 to 20 hours of coaching).
• Evaluate, revise, and implement curricula for LearningLeaders core disciplines:
public speaking, debate, and critical reasoning.
• Provide insights on how to improve the Elite Debate curricula.
• Recruit and train students for speech and debate competitions.

The Accountant is a bilingual accountant who will be involved in all AP, AR, and GeneralLedger. If this sounds like you, your chief responsibilities will be to:
• Take care of the project of transferring booking from outsource service company to site
• Performs daily GL related accounting booking and analysis
• To perform that all balance sheet accounts, include accounts payable& receivable
• To be responsible for collection/preparing relevant documentations required by the auditors
• Be responsible for Invoice issuing and employee expense claim
The frontend systems developer is responsible for developing a system for our own. It will initially act as a CRM, database, and multimedia (course) content delivery platform for students, it will also support the future VR applications and more. You will be in charge of:
• Facilitate continuous integration of a modular HTML5 platform with team member-facing and customer-facing modules
• Develop and maintain new HTML5 modules
• Cross-platform deployment through Cordova
The backend systems developer is responsible for developing a system for our own. It will initially act as a CRM, database, and multimedia (course) content delivery platform for students. It will also support the future VR applications and more. You would:
• Facilitate continuous integration of the PHP/MySQL backend to a modular platform with team member-facing and customer-facing modules
• Develop and maintain new backend services
The VR developer is responsible for developing a system for our own. It will initially act asa CRM, database, and multimedia (course) content delivery platform for students. It will also support the future VR applications and more. You would:
• Continuous integration of a modular HTML5 platform with team member-facing and customer-facing modules
• Development and maintenance of new HTML5 modules
• Cross-platform deployment through Cordova
Our Community Directors are at the center of the LearningLeaders community. A successful organization depends on valuable relationships with the community, clients,and partners alike, as well as team members that care deeply about what happens ‘behind-the-scenes’ to keep that community functioning at a superior level. If this sounds like something you’d excel at, your chief responsibilities will be to:
• Communicate directly with parents and students online or onsite, maintain an active and high response rate.
• Manage relationships including but not limited with parents and internal partners deal with complains and solicit feedbacks. From this feedback, provide suggestion for continuation improvement for company.
• Schedule coaching sessions and related appointments.
• Coordinate and follow up the billing process for clients.
• Manage office facilities, physical coaching materials, and supply inventory, as well as provide support on other administrative responsibilities as needed.
LearningLeaders summer fellowship positions are suitable for current college students and recent graduates. The fellowship is a multidisciplinary program that will last approximately 10 weeks. Throughout the summer, you will have the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, which can include, but are not limited to, the teams listed above. You are not expected to be proficient in all these potential assignments before the start of the program, as the best growth experiences come from diversity of work and exposure to new challenges. Formal speech or debate experience is not a minimum requirement and we ensure our cohorts are comprised of fellows with diverse skillsets both in and out of the speech and debate community.
